Digital Seller
With Digital Seller, you can turn eligible Madimaker designs into digital products and sell them online, while also having commercial rights to manufacture and sell physical products.
Your subscription gives you the rights, signed proof, and export tools needed to sell licensed STL and 3MF files while each Certificate permits new sales, including the applicable 10-day grace period.
Required on every listing
When selling or sharing an eligible Digital File, include the attribution and the public proof URL supplied in its licensed export bundle. This lets customers verify the file and its license status.

Sell eligible exported STL and 3MF files through marketplaces, Patreon, your own website, online stores, or other lawful sales channels.
Each file must be generated as an explicit Digital resale export with its Madimaker License, and the certificate must remain active for new sales. If your entitlement ends, delist the file until the certificate is reactivated.
Manufacture and sell physical products made from your eligible Madimaker designs while you have an active Commercial or Digital Seller subscription.
Combine your licensed Digital Files into collections or bundles and offer them through your preferred lawful sales channels. Each included file keeps its own proof and license requirements.
Publish or share your eligible Digital Files for free while your distribution permission is active, provided every copy includes the required attribution, buyer license, and verification information.
Eligible designs only
Digital resale is available only when all referenced sources are approved or properly attested. Presets shared to Community may be saved, adapted, reshared, and used for eligible printed or digital products under the Community reuse grant. Provenance remains attached for attribution, audit, and takedown handling, but Community lineage is not a resale block. Third-party assets and uploaded artwork still require compatible rights. Ownership and copyright are not transferred; you are the licensed digital distributor identified by the certificate.
Clear boundaries
You cannot grant customers commercial manufacturing, physical-product resale, digital resale, or redistribution rights. Your Madimaker commercial permissions and certificate are personal to your account and cannot be transferred or sublicensed.
Your customers may retain and personally print the purchased file. They cannot sell physical prints, commercial derivatives, or the digital file itself.
A buyer's separate Madimaker subscription does not commercialize a purchased file. To receive Madimaker commercial rights, the buyer must independently create and export an eligible design through their own account and obtain the applicable permission for that export.
Customers cannot resell, redistribute, upload, exchange, share, or sublicense the Digital Files they receive, and they cannot remove or replace the bundled license documents.
Sales channels
If a marketplace requires a platform license, choose the most restrictive available option that is compatible with the Madimaker Terms and the bundled End-Buyer Personal-Use License. If the marketplace requires incompatible or broader buyer rights, you cannot sell that Digital File there.

Yes. You may use multiple sales channels when each channel's terms are compatible with Madimaker and every listing includes the required proof and attribution.
Yes, when eligible. Export the modified design as its own licensed revision while your Digital Seller entitlement is active. Modifications do not erase source rights, attribution duties, or Community provenance; provenance is retained for audit but is not itself a resale block.
Yes. Patreon and similar platforms are permitted when their terms are compatible and you include the Madimaker attribution, buyer license, and verification information.
Yes. Collections and bundles are allowed, but every file retains its license requirements and the bundle cannot grant customers commercial rights.
Important
Every buyer receives only the Madimaker End-Buyer Personal-Use License. Existing lawful buyers keep those personal-use rights, but new sales must stop whenever the certificate is inactive or revoked.
